AIRVANTO TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Airvanto platform, website, booking systems, communications channel, and all airport concierge coordination services facilitated by Airvanto (“Services”).
By accessing our platform or confirming a booking with Airvanto, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. ABOUT AIRVANTO
Airvanto is a global airport concierge coordination platform that arranges premium airport assistance services through vetted local operational partners, airport-authorized providers, and affiliated service operators.
Airvanto facilitates and coordinates service execution but does not directly control airport authorities, airlines, immigration officers, customs agencies, transportation providers, or government regulators.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years of age to book services.
Bookings made on behalf of minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information.
3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
All services are subject to:
- Airport operational approval
- Local regulatory restrictions
- Supplier availability
- Security access permissions
- Accurate booking information
- Successful payment verification
Service confirmation becomes valid only after Airvanto issues a formal booking confirmation voucher.
Payment submission alone does not guarantee service confirmation.
Airvanto reserves the right to decline bookings where operational execution cannot be reasonably guaranteed.
4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Approved payment gateways
- Corporate invoicing (where pre-approved)
Prices are confirmed at time of booking
If airport authorities, local providers, or regulatory bodies impose mandatory pricing changes after confirmation, Airvanto will notify the customer and provide options to:
- Accepte revised pricing
- Cancel of full refund
Urgent request submitted within 48 hours of service may incur expedited coordination fees and remain subject to availability.
5. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PAYMENT SECURITY
Airvanto reserves the right to request identity verification for fraud prevention, payment authentication, or regulatory compliance.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation without liability.
Chargeback abuse, fraudulent disputes, or intentional payment reversals after confirmed service delivery may result in permanent account suspension and legal recovery action.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:
- Full traveler names
- Flight numbers
- Airline details
- Dates and times
- Terminal information (where known)
- Contact numbers reachable during travel
Airvanto is not responsible for service failure caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Flight schedule changes must be communicated immediately.
7. FLIGHT TRACKING DISCLAIMER
Airvanto may monitor flights using third-party aviation tracking systems.
Tracking data may occasionally experience delays, inaccuracies, outages, or incomplete updates.
Customers remain responsible for promptly notifying Airvanto of flight schedule changes.
Airvanto shall not be liable for service disruption caused by inaccurate third-party tracking data.
8. SERVICE WINDOW
Unless otherwise stated:
Arrival / Departure Services: Up to 2 hours coordination
Transfer Services: Up to 3 hours coordination
Additional waiting time beyond included windows may incur operational charges where applicable.
Where possible, customers will be informed before charges are applied.
9. AIRPORT ACCESS LIMITATIONS
Airport regulations vary globally and may restrict concierge access to:
- Immigration zones
- Customs halls
- Security-controlled areas
- Boarding gates
- Arrival corridors
Service scope may vary by airport and local authority permissions.
Airvanto cannot guarantee physical escort access beyond legally permitted operational areas.
10. BAGGAGE ASSISTANCE
Airvanto representatives are generally prohibited from physically carrying baggage unless local regulations permit.
Porter coordination may be arranged where available and may incur separate charges.
Airvanto is not liable for baggage loss, delay, mishandling, or damage caused by airlines, airports, or third-party baggage handlers.
11. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All passengers remain subject to:
- Immigration inspection
- Customs clearance
- Security screening
- Airline operational rules
- Border control decisions
- Government travel restrictions
Airvanto cannot override official authority decisions.
Fees remain non-refundable where denial of boarding, denied entry, visa issues, security refusal, or government restrictions prevent service completion.
12. CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
Approval is subject to supplier availability and airport operational conditions.
Repeated itinerary changes may incur administrative fees.
13. CANCELLATION POLICY
72+ hours before service:
Refund minus payment processing fees
48–72 hours:
10% cancellation fee
24–48 hours:
50% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours / No-show:
Non-refundable
Some airports operate under stricter local cancellation terms.
Airport-specific exceptions disclosed during booking supersede general cancellation rules.
14. NO-SHOWS
A booking may be treated as a no-show where the traveler fails to establish contact within a reasonable operational timeframe.
Customers must immediately contact Airvanto support if unable to locate their assigned representative.
Failure to do so may void refund eligibility.
15. SUPPLIER SUBSTITUTION
Airvanto may substitute operational partners with equivalent approved providers when necessary to maintain service continuity.
Substitutions will not materially reduce service quality standards.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Airvanto shall not be liable for service disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Weather disruption
- Airport closures
- Airline cancellations
- Government restrictions
- Security lockdowns
- Labor strikes
- Civil unrest
- War
- Terror threats
- Regulatory intervention
- Airspace closures
- Provider access denial
Where recoverable, Airvanto liability is limited to refunding the affected service fee.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airvanto shall not be liable for:
- Missed flights
- Missed connections
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Emotional distress
- Lost baggage
- Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability for any verified claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, booking systems, service workflows, operational materials, and proprietary pricing structures remain exclusive property of Airvanto.
Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, copying, scraping, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
19. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
Customer information is processed solely to:
- Coordinate bookings
- Verify identity
- Meet airport operational requirements
- Comply with local legal obligations
Information may be securely shared with approved international operational partners where required for service execution.
Use of Airvanto constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
20. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By booking with Airvanto, customers consent to receiving booking-related communications through:
- SMS
- Messaging applications
- Phone calls
Airvanto may contact travelers where operational coordination is required.
21. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Airvanto reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access where users:
- Abuse staff
- Submit fraudulent information
- Engage in payment fraud
- Disrupt operations
- Misuse platform systems
Termination may occur without refund where misconduct affects service execution.
22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Parties agree to attempt good-faith commercial resolution before formal proceedings.
These Terms are governed by internationally recognized commercial law principles together with the laws applicable to Airvanto’s legal registration jurisdiction at the time of booking.
Formal disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
23. COMPLAINTS
Claims or complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of scheduled service completion.
Late claims may not be investigated.

24. CHANGES TO TERMS
Airvanto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
