Booking Guidelines & Operational Terms

Coordination Windows
Meet & Greet Arrival and Departure services include up to 2 hours of active on-site host coordination. Chauffeur and transfer services include up to 3 hours. Hours can be extended upon request.
Urgent Bookings
Standard bookings are confirmed via a formal voucher. Requests submitted within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur expedited coordination fees.
Operational Partner Network
Services are coordinated by Airvanto and executed through our vetted, airport-authorized local partners. Partners may be substituted to maintain continuity without reducing service quality.
Rescheduling & Refunds
Rescheduling & Refunds: Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Eligible refunds are issued minus processing fees, and all claims must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Special Accommodations
Mobility, accessibility, or medical needs can be securely logged during booking. Our concierge team coordinates directly with local terminal authorities to ensure physical ease.
